The Help a Chihuahua Project is a special donation project to help little Samantha with her knees. Samantha is a thirteen year old chihuahua that has a luxating patella. Sam has a mother and a father, but she has to undergo surgery to correct her knees in order to fully reverse the damage that has been done and prevent any further damage. This will be a very difficult expense for Sam's parents.
